The room was clean but the floor was sticky. The shower makes a weird vibration noise when your switch it to the shower head. The service to get receive our cot was slow. One of the lights in the room started flashing which was hazardous to my friend's health because they are photo sensitive. Even though the hotel says this was a smoke free property, there were a few individuals that we're smoking late at night. In the morning there was yelling outside our rooms. Reception staff was nice and the location is perfect for those that need a place to stay that is not to far from the city.

There was a bus to take us to New York through the Lincoln Tunnel and bring us back, 8.00 for 2 adults both ways. Breakfast wasn't well thought out area, standing room for grab and go, was crowed with inconsiderate people. Not hotels fault. Just got coffee and left. Rooms was clean, but door when closed you could see daylight...curious when it snows and gets cold. Overall it was in the area we wanted to be to get to New York.

The positive point is the proximity. There is a bus at the the hotel to take you in time square. And this is excellent. Otherwise, the hotel was noisy at night, people talking and cars..

The room was not clean when arrived, was cleaned the day after after leaving the tip. The breakfast is very poor: bread and jam only. USB chargers broken.
