מלון מאד רועש, המון ילדים שנמצאים הרבה זמן
היה רצוי חדר באגף שקט יותר
אין חניה במלון עצמו למרות שיש בבנין חניון שאמרו לנו שהוא לעובדים. החניון שנתנו רחוק וצריך ללכת ממנו בגשם ובקור עם מזוודות למלון בלי שום עזרה מהצוות.
ארוחת בוקר מוגשת בכלים חד פעמיים, מבחר מאד דל ולא ברמה המצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים

שלום אמיר,קודם כל אני מתנצל בשם הצוות על חוויתך.המלון, כמו מרבית המלונות בישראל - אירח וממשיך לארח משפחות אשר פונו מהדרום עקב המלחמה. חלקן מרובות ילדים.אנו מתקשרים להודיע לאורחינו על המצב, וזהו עניין אשר מדובר בכל אמצעי התקשורת בנוסף.לגבי החניון, אנו מודיעים בנוסף לאורחינו כי הם יכולים להגיע עם רכבם עד הכניסה למלון בכדי להוריד שם את המזוודות. ישנו שער אוטומטי של עיריית ירושלים אשר מזהה את מספר הרכב שהאורח שולח לנו לפני ההגעה ופותח לו גישה.צר לי אם אינך ראית הודעה זו.צור איתי קשר על מנת שבפעם הבאה אני אשתדל לדאוג באופן אישי שהשהות שלך תהיה מצויינת :)בברכה,נתי מנהל קשרי אורחים

Excellent Hotel

Overall great stay we enjoyed the location. It was a lot to do at that location which made it very convenient for us. Did not have to take any type of extra transportation. Also great food areas around. The staff was great. They helped us out on any and everything we asked for. we definitely recommend and we would stay there again.
