Beautiful views over Lake Jindabyne. Sliding windows for fresh air, spacious room, quiet location, comfortable bed and pillows.

The room is good with fantastic views of the lake. The bathroom was second rate with dirty toilet and mould and dirt around the bath. Had to buy some mould killer and spray bath. Had to clean toilet with the toilet brush and use dishwashing detergent supplied.

The rooms were very basic and had minor issues such as an exhaust fan not working in my room. The property manager James was very friendly and helpful. However, the check-in and checkout were all done without staff contact.The property was value for money.

The property is incorrectly rated as 5 star, would rate at 3 in its present condition. Missing hairdryer, dirty windows and hard to open. Missing bedside table. Mouldy shower curtain. The property had no access to reception, bar or dining areas. All closed up for summer? Rooms badly need renovations.

I was a bit confused with the cleaning of the dishes, was that my task or the properties. Overall it was decent for a one night stay. Everything worked.

The property is in poor condition, smells and staff are absent. Expensive for what is on offer. The owners did not respond to direct feedback. Apparent that care for guest satisfaction is nil. Very disappointing experience.
