Perfect Hotel

We spent a lot of time in the hotel as our luggage was lost and we could not attend the conference. The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient, the internet was excellent. They were able to make some prints for us for free. Their staff helped us make phone calls to help chase our luggage.

Super indico. Pessoal atencioso e cuidadoso. Desde a Sheila na recepção, a Adriana que foi a camareira e TODA a equipe do restaurante, estão de parabéns. Super bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, lojas, feira e mercado de artesanato, supermercado e farmácia. O café da manhã é muito variado e delicioso, foi tudo ótimo. Quarto limpo e organizado, banheiro sempre impecável com a limpeza diária.

Fiz uma viagem a trabalho e precisa de uma estetoscópio mínima que me atendesse. Só consegui isso pegando um quarto de casal, pois o quarto de solteiro não posso uma mesa adequada para trabalhar, esta foi a única limitação. O local é muito bom, funcionários prestativos, boa cana. O chuveiro poderia ser melhor, mas a facilidade de estar próximo a praia e o fácil acesso a supermercados, lojas, restaurantes etc compensa.

A minha experiência no Smart Hotel foi excelente! Ótima localização, e o quarto era muito confortável, bem equipado e silencioso (perfeito para descansar após um dia de passeio pela cidade/praia e relaxar antes da realização da prova de um concurso). A limpeza dos ambientes estava impecável: desde as áreas comuns até o quarto e o banheiro, tudo sempre muito organizado e agradável. Um destaque especial vai para a equipe: todos os funcionários foram extremamente gentis, prestativos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. E o café da manhã? Simplesmente maravilhoso! Variedade, sabor e um cuidado evidente na apresentação. Recomendo sem hesitar e, com certeza, voltarei!

Boa hospedagem

Já tinha me hospedado no hotel antes e o avaliei muito bem, porém desta vez percebi que o hotel decaiu em qualidade. O quarto que nós ofereceram estava com lixeira avariada e com mau cheiro, pedimos pra trocar e nos deram outro que também tinha odor de esgoto. O café da manhã é bom e a equipe que o serve é excelente.
