Bed not as comfortable. I asked to bring a fan since room was so hot so I could sleep and they brought e a heater that heated the room prior to me returning to hotel. Outside jacuzzi area was like a warm bathtub an not a hot jacuzzi

A luxury hotel for a perfect vacation

An amazing hotel, with a high level of service, an amazing location, clean rooms, a luxurious and very special spa, and a varied and delicious breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it.

The hotel is really nice but over priced compared to what you can get elsewhere like central Kitzbühel. The food excellent but the bar/restaurant etc does not have a fun atmosphere, it is all quite formal. The service is very good but things like not refilling the mini bar/tea and coffee station in room not great for being five star. The ski out - is a drag lift then a red run to get to a gondola so not child or beginner friendly at all and there is no shuttle bus service like all of the other five star hotels from the main lifts. A taxi to the closest lift is 30euros one way. There is a ski rental in the hotel but the quality of the equipment is poor compared to inter sport in the main town where you get modern and good condition equipment. The pool has quite a few tiles missing from it especially the outdoor hot tub which again you don’t expect for five star and paying a top whack price. It’s a good hotel, but sadly not worth the money.

First of all, I would like to thank you very much for your excellent feedback on our service as well as on our food and beverage. Please be assured that I will gladly share this with the entire team. However, I am sorry to hear that the minibar was not refilled, which is of course not according to our standards and I would like to apologize for it. Furthermore, we are constantly refurbishing and modernizing our hotel including the spa area. Please allow me to explain that we are the only Five Star superior ski in and out hotel in the region and that the Hausleiten-Drag-Lift directly next to the hotel is ideal for beginners and children (free of charge). After going up with the drag lift you can cross the slopes easily and reach the Wagstätt-Gondola within a few minutes. This Gondola takes you right into the world famous ski area of Kitzbühel (57 cable cars and lifts, 233 km prepared slopes). Please feel free to ask our ski school instructors for advice in case you need assistance. We claim it as our unique advantage, that you do not need a bus!
