loin et pas au top

En apparence c'est un hôtel superbe mais en réalité l'entretien est déficient , l'insonorisation nulle et bien des détails ne vont pas. Toutefois un homme élégant se présentant comme le DG se montre très agréable envers les clients. Dans la mesure où notre note était fausse en notre défaveur il a donné des instructions pour rectifier ( les mêmes repas étaient facturés à des prix différents chaque jour ) et c'est l'inverse qui s'est produit tout a encore été revu à la hausse... longs pourparlers pour obtenir gain de cause.En plus l'hôtel est très éloigné du centre et les taxi en profitent.Souvenir mitigé

Very poor customer service and deserve not more than 3 stars for their service, offerings and behavior. I would like to get my money back from this hotel. The room does not have standard items! Just the look and name including alace does not give that feeling. Please stay away from this property.

Location is the main problem. It is too far away from everything and no nice restaurants close by. The food is so-so in the hotel restaurant and way too expensive for the quality.

This should be a last resort booking …

This was one of the worst hotels we stayed at during our trip to India. Our rooms were not even ready by 12 pm. So, we left to do sightseeing and returned by 8 pm only to find that they did not have the rooms we had pre-paid for. Finally after a lot of arguing and waiting for 45 mins, the rooms became magically available, thanks to the intervention of one of the managers who was actually very helpful. When we got to the room, the fridges in the rooms were not working, the mattresses were so soft, they felt like they were 20 years old. Finally, when we were checking out just 8 hours later, we were being over-charged for multiple breakfasts which we did not have. The employee at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional during the check-out. He slammed his hand across the desk and flung all the papers on the floor towards one of the other employees. To make matters worse, there were other guests also experiencing similar issues as us. I told them my family had a flight to catch and I couldn’t waste any more time, but still he was not helpful. At 6:30 am, finally a manager (Sunil) was called and he helped us clear up the mess. In short, the managers were great, the employees, not so much. The property has potential, but lots of changes must be made to achieve a 4 or 5 star rating. At best, I would give this property a 2 star rating today. Hope this is helpful.

palace only in looks

The map location was incorrect and wasted time and effort. Hotel room phone was not working nor was it rectified even after repeatedly telling. food was good and the ambience good but customer service attitude was lacking

Dirty hotel

Unfriendly staff. Dirty bed sheets- Unhygienic atmosphere. Glass widows dirty and never cleaned.
