The property is hard to reach without a 4 wheel drive and is not heated for a winter stay

Phillip and Vivian, it is very unfortunately that this was your experience at Ambers & Grace. You requested a feather free room where we replaced the feather duvet with an Alpaca duvet & electric blanket. We would have offered extra blankets and a heater if that was communicated. We had over a 100mm of rain a few days prior to your arrival resulting in the 2.8km sand road to be filled with puddles. The road is well maintained by our community but for the rain we don't have any control. May the rest of your stay in South Africa be memorable and pleasant!
