This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night.

Dirty rooms, noisy hotel, 1 small towel, no washing sink plugs, mold/fungi in bathroom ceiling, not so clean sheets. Limited hot water for showering.

My stay was good as I spent two days there but there was no breakfast breakfast included as it was written that breakfast incuded

terrible..booked parents..thought it was suppose to be graceful..its not what it seems in pictures...very noisy..my parents just stayed for one night n slept at my other families place.. dissapointing for me coz i wanted to treat them well.

Rough stay in a rough part of Joburg

A very rough "guest house" in a very rough area. Virtually everything in the room was broken, from the loo seat to the sheets. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The other guests were playing music loudly at 3am. One for the traveller who would like to see the rough end of Joburg, and like isnt picky.

Decent stay

I booked this hotel thinking that it was close to a train station, but it is not. Instead there is a red Vaya bus nearby. The neighbourhood is not very safe to go out in evening (like almost anywhere else in Johannesburg). The Vaya bus provides public transport to different places. Otherwise hotel will call a cab for you. The staff is very friendly. They offer airport pickup and drop off at very reasonable price. The rooms are small but clean, reasonable for a short stay.
