All was good until 10 in the morning(check out is supposed to be 11)just dressed and no knock door opens and a man that worked there sticks his head in!!!

Very old building-water handle off at sink -sheet clean but stained-bug crawling on floor in the middle of night

I'm sorry to hear that our building appearance wasn't to your liking, the sink was faulted, and you also mentioned encountering insects.
