blood stain.on.mattress bedsteet. basin leaking badly aircon control spolit tv not working . fridge so dirty . its a very unbearable experience . we have to book another plc to stay and spent 1 more time stay cost.

Nancy is an unreasonable and lying person. First of all, she choose to pay directly to us rather than to Expedia website. When we contact her after she booked our place asking her to make the payment and deposit, she refuse to do so and says she will only pay when she want to check in. We told her that she need to pay before arrival as the place need to be reserved for her and I need to send her the check in info before she arrive to ensure a smooth check in without delays. She refused. On the day of her check in, she keep changing her check in time at her own convenient and expect immediate response from me upon arrival and call me none stop. We are not a hotel and do not have a front desk. Things need to be arranged prior to her arrival but she didn't follow our repeated advice to her. When she check in after making the payment to us, she started making untrue and unfounded complaint above our house about leaking sink, spoilt aircon control and house is dirty beyond words etc. These are total lie. Worst guest ever!

Worse accomodation ever booked nightmare

One is enough onwer asking to pay more than hotel.com offer and reservation rate . Seriously one is enough . No next time. Worse experience ever

The guest is the worst guest we have met so far. Firstly the guest book by under-reporting as 1 guest but when we asked for a confirmation, the guest told us 6 PAX are coming but she refuse to top up the differences. We try to please the guest and we waive the differences in charges. But still she says in her review that we ask her to pay more and not happy even we waive the differences. After checking in and stay for 2 nights, and when we ask the guest to settle the payment, she scream at us and we need to beg numerous times for her to pay us the rent! Her group also damaged our plants inside our apartments and refuse to acknowledge the damages done. And after all these, she gave us a bad rating. Note: We treat the guest politely and try to cater to her need during the entire duration of her stay. We highly not recommend this guest to any hotel or host.

Once Is Enough!

My booking was confirmed for a 3-bedroom apartment but was given 2-bedroom at the same price! There were 2x double storey single beds located right in the heart of the living room which were unsightly! Furthermore, there were small red ants on the double storey beds! My wife tripped over the dried and old floor mat placed just outside the common toilet! There were no bidets in both toilets which made washing after pooing difficult for us Muslims! There was an additional charges of RM80 for room cleaning but there were no cleaning done (we stayed for 2 nights). Btw, we stayed at Block E Unit #09-01.

We discovered that the apartment Aluaddin booked was being vandalised. We asked for his permission to switch to a 2 bedroom apartment but with 2 bunk beds in the living area. We show Alauddin all the photos and he agreed on the switch with the same price. During his stay, we give him plenty of advice on food and interesting places when he asked for these advices. We tried our best to make the stay comfortable to him. The cleaning fee is a one time charges for each stay regardless of duration, There is not cleaning during the stay.
