Housekeeping issues

Facts of hotel not accurate on hotel.com booking
Publié le 17 juin 2022 sur HotelsThe rates on hotel.com was almost 3 times the actual walk in rates at hotel. Even though hotel.com states free parking, actually there is no free parking. U park on the street and hope that no one comes to write u a ticket according to the hotel staff!!
Phone was spoilt. There was leftover drinks in fridge from previous guest I supposed.
Fridge was also not cold at all. Can’t call it a fridge. It’s almost like a “cupboard”
Each room only has one key card and if u need more u need to pay , if u need any more stuff, u need to pay.
Don’t book this through hotel.com
Overall disappointed

Good to be back
Publié le 5 juin 2022 sur HotelsBeen 3 years since came back for stay due to covid restriction, feels good. Lots of parking lots for parking. Staff is friendly and able to communicate with simple English. Quick check in, clean lobby. Room is good & air-con is working well. Has got hot shower & a quiet place to stay overnight. Overall a good place for short staycation
