When we arrived we learned that the elevator was out of service. We were on the 3rd floor and had items we could not leave in our car for fear of theft. The ceiling in the lobby was stained and leaking. Carpet in room felt damp. Bathroom had rust in tub. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was decent. Would not stay again

Had to leave three hours after checking in. Various types of bugs all over the floor and countertops when I turn the light on. Absolutely disgusting. I will be demanding my money back and confirming that my discussed of this property is properly noted. Trash all over the parking lot and overflowing at receptacles probably why so many bugs.

Adequate With A Side Of Hard To Find

The property is located in a "motel section" of Joplin. Very small signage, ongoing construction area and somewhat hard to find. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was very good with several hot choices provided. Television was approximately 27 inches if that is a concern. Accessible room 126 was too far away from the breakfast area and the 2 handicapped parking spaces. No covered area to unpack/pack vehicle. I would have chosen another venue if all facts were known.

The Quality Inn in Joplin MO was great. The only problem we had was just getting to the hotel from the main street. It seems set back a bit off the main street and no signage.

Great stay

I was actually quite surprised by the cleanliness and the staff. No bad smells either which is so nice. For the price I can say I was a bit worried but I did look at the review. Thanks a bunch for a great stay.

Nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was hot and fresh. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back.
