We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Joyeuse, this large semi-detached house, spacious, comfortable and full of charm, typically Ardéchoise.you will be allured by its exceptional situation at the edge of a beautiful river where you will be able to bathe, swim, sail, fish. Ideal for families or friends, this 190 m² accommodation can accommodate up to 13 travellers (comfortable for 10 adults and 3 children). It has two living rooms, one with a fireplace, the other with an open kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can also enjoy a large garden and two terraces, one sheltered for outdoor meals, the other in full sun with a view of the river.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the 1st floor :
- A living room with TV (some games), fireplace (wood not provided) as well as a small adjoining room with a bed.
- A living room with a sofa, a dining area, this room gives access to the terrace.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Room 1 overlooking the river: a Queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds.
- Separate toilet with washing machine.

On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 2: a Queen-size bed (160×200) (can be separated into single beds) and a cot with bars (130×60).
- Bedroom 3 : garden view : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
- Bedroom 5: a Queen-size bed (160×200) (can be separated into single beds) and a single bed (170×110).
- A second bathroom with a shower and two sinks.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 550 m² facing South-East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Shelters are available to store your bikes.
- A pleasant stone terrace of 25 m² accessible from the living room and the kitchen. It is private, sheltered and is equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy a good meal outside while enjoying a splendid view of the river and the plateaus of the Ardeche!

The house is ideally located in Joyeuse, in a very pleasant environment. Adjacent to the river, in the heart of a hamlet, you will be able to benefit from all essential shops nearby.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

- Daily connections with the TER and TGV stations from Joyeuse (Tourist Office stop) by the CAR of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region.
- The village is served once a day by the line 74 : Valence TGV - Montélimar- Aubenas- Les Vans.
- Montélimar train station located 55 km away (1h05 by car).
- Avignon airport located at 96 km (1h52 by car).

Other remarks :
- Arrivals and departures are possible every day except Saturdays. Thank you for your understanding.
- Free wifi available.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- The house is semi-detached, the neighbors have a right of passage by the stairs.
- The ground floor is unoccupied.
- The household linen is in supplement: 10€ the big bed / 8€ the small bed / 2€ the pillowcase / 4€ by person the towels (1 big and 1 small) / 4€ the beach linen / 2€ the dish towel / 7€ the tablecloth.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition, clean the appliances after use, the fridge and remove the bed linen from the separate beds and wet towels and empty and take away the garbage in the outside containers. Thank you in advance!
- Two animals maximum accepted on request, optional: 20€/stay/pet. Thank you for specifying it at the time of booking, make sure you leave nothing of their presence outside and inside.
- The house is semi-detached.
