Great Getaway

This was a cozy place to stay and take a break from the sun and sand. Simple and comfortable in a great location with a nice park behind the screened in porch and short walk to the beach. I hope to be back for another stay soon!

Great stay!!

Very nice little condo. Great location, close to all our favorite places. Nice quiet pool with another party pool close by. Mark was great and responsive to any questions or issues. Security was great. Will definitely recommend and repeat if possible.

Overall it was good but we needed to go to the store upon arrival for basic items such as tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.There were no instructions on how to operate the TV’s or parking information.The towels were very stained and sparse. We needed to purchase new towels and pillowcases. The pillows on the bed were also Stained.The switches for the lights were in unusual locations and some labels would be helpful.The walking area and beach assess were very good.

Decent place, lovely location. On line description noted 1+ bathroom which I assumed meant 1 1/2 baths but the bathroom was very small and not sure what the + stood for, possible a door between toilet and shower area.

We spent a wonderful week in Mark`s appartment. Very well equiped, the only thing that we could never turn on were the Tvs. But we did not really worry about that because we had so many things to enjoy there that it didn`t matter

We have stayed at Jupiter Bay several times. This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. We did have a problem with the bedroom tv that was not resolved. We lived in the area for 13 years so we know where where all the shops and restaurants are. We had 17 family with us. Most stayed in at Jupiter Bay too.

Perfect Jupiter Condo!

This condo was perfect for our weeklong stay. 1/2 mile walk to the ocean thru Carlin park. Nicely furnished and well stocked. Everything we needed was available. Very comfortable king bed. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed porch that looks out at the park. Really appreciated the ceiling fans in the BR, LR, and porch! We would definitely return to this condo in the future. Thank you to our host Mark, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Enjoyed our stay-couple of things to note

I wouldn’t call this unit luxurious - there are many other units in Jupiter Bay that have been extensively remodeled and have a very open, modern feel. Of course they are much more money! We enjoyed our stay-location is great. We were surprised with a $25 fee to get our parking permit. We’d stayed in another unit two weeks before this and did not get charged for that. Pool can get very crowded and tough to find chairs, especially if you want shade. The unit is on the first floor and is dark. Lighting not great. The furniture is bulky and makes the space seem smaller. Also there is a lot of decorative, useless stuff (shells, candles) on many surfaces, reducing space for putting your belongings. Lots of pots and pans and implements in kitchen-probably could get rid of some older ones. But the owner was pretty responsive to our needs and lives nearby, which is useful.

Great property and location

The condo was nice and comfortable . Updates are in the process of being made. The kitchen appliances have all been updated to stainless. While there a new dining table and chair set were delivered. Painting and major bathroom updates are scheduled. The condo is behind Carlin Park and a short walk to the beach. The complex is well maintained. The pool area is nice as well. The complex is close to the Twisted Tuna and Food Shack restaurants. There’s lots to like.
