Located on the North Shore of Oahu at Turtle Bay, our condo sits on the Championship Fazio Golf Course. There are multiple walking trails and paths that lead to quiet secluded beaches or world-famous beaches such as Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Pipeline. A large pool is located right outside the front door, and two additional pools throughout the complex. There are two 18-hole golf courses (Fazio & Arnold Palmer Course), 2 tennis courts, a barbeque cabana, a private lanai, and a beach chair with your name on it!

This Hawaiian condo is modern, immaculate, and comfortable with brand new furniture, beds, linens, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is a spacious 1 bedroom + a loft with 2 full bathrooms. This unit has 2 King beds, 1 twin bed, 1 fold out mattress and 1 Pack 'N Play crib. This condo is a non-smoking unit. It has 3 air conditioning units, 3 ceiling fans, washer & dryer, ironing board & iron, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, blender, 40' flat screen TV, cable TV, FREE high speed internet, FREE WiFi, and a computer desk. 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, a cooler and 6 large beach towels available for use. Parking available at no charge and additional designated guest parking area.

We chose this property primarily for its unbeatable location on the North Shore, which truly delivered. It was walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and hiking trails, making it super convenient for exploring the island without a car every day.Unfortunately, the condition of the unit itself was a major disappointment and made our stay stressful and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we were hit with a strong musty, damp smell throughout the entire place – clearly indicating poor ventilation and possible moisture issues. The air felt heavy and humid indoors, even with fans and AC running constantly. The cleanliness was far below what we expected from a vacation rental. Surfaces throughout and the bathrooms hadn't been properly deep-cleaned. Repairs of walls and windows are desperately needed.The worst part was the roach infestation. We saw multiple live cockroaches – in the kitchen at night, crawling on counters, in the bathroom, bedroom and living room.It wasn't just one or two stragglers; it felt like an ongoing problem.We understand that roaches can be common in tropical climates like Hawaii, but this level was excessive and clearly a maintenance issue, not a one-off. Combined with the dirt and dampness, it made the property feel unlivable and unsafe for food prep or relaxation. I had to throw some of my food out bc it felt unsafe to eat after being on the counter overnight.The photos and description online did not reflect the reality we encountered.

The sliding doors are terrible. Won’t stay on track. The one in bedroom won’t open. The patio is small. The light above the stove did not work. The unit is spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. A larger on wall tv would be better. Also the bbq is at the pool and requires charcoal. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Communication was good. Unit is near entrance.

Nice roomy condo on the North side of the island. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was great. Check-in/checkout was very easy. Was a little disappointed that the pool closest to the condo was closed the week we were there for repairs. Did not have advance notice of that.

Cute condo on the golf course. Great location. 5 minute walk to the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort. Loved having two bathrooms. Overall this was a good place. The towels and place smelled a bit of mildew, but I think this is because it’s just really moist there. Probably not a lot to do about it. My only complaint is the pool doesn’t open until 9:00 am. I like to exercise in the early mornings and it would have been nice to have pool access.

Loved the location, the bed setup (hard to find 2 kings), 2 full bathrooms (although the loft bathroom is challenging for adults), and the kitchen inventory. We walked to the Ritz a few times (had our best sunset), drinks, and nice hiking along the beaches. The loft bathroom is best for kids (none in our party) due to the sloping ceiling. I couldn't stand at the sink or the toilet (I'm 6' 1"). I'm not complaining - loved the second shower. There is no vent in the loft bathroom and our friends related the vent didn't work in the main bathroom. I'm guessing the dryer will work once the exhaust pipe is cleaned out. Enjoyed the view of the golf green out the sliding glass door; would be nice if the bottom track was replaced since it is bent pretty badly. Hard to slide the door. And loved having the beach chairs! We carried them in the vehicle so we were ready for the beach even if it wasn't in our plan. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location and a good size for our family. Some amenities are dated. (One older TV only, none in rooms, and isn’t a smart tv so you can’t use any streaming services) otherwise it was clean and comfortable. AC worked fine, appliances worked, and kitchen and bathrooms well stocked.

Girls' Trip to the North Shore

We had good communication except when we needed help with the sheets. The upstairs sheets were stained and when we checked in around 10:00 P.M. we text the two contacts and didn't get a response until after 11:00 when we had retired. Not wanting to sleep on what looked like blood stained sheets, we took them off and slept with our own blankets. Because I didn't want to lower your rating, I still gave 5 stars overall because the rest of the property was clean with beautiful surroundings, and the check in was easy. We should have probably been given a percentage off for our issue with the sheets though. Thank-you.

Great stay in Turtle Bay

This property was great. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our 2 teens loved having the loft to themselves. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for meals. Even though it's not directly on the water, it's a quick walk to the resort beach and the pool is right by the unit. Property manger was quick to respond to any messages.

Great condo in Turtle Bay

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed meals at the Ritz, did not use the pools/grounds as we were only there on the weekend but we would have loved to extend our trip (next time). Note: not a smart tv so that was the only real bummer as our kiddo really wanted to watch a show and there were no kids programming. Easy fix with a smart tv as we could just sign into our own account to use. Other than that, we loved everything.

Wonderful place in paradise!

Everything was great! Perfect location to Turtle Bay beach, Polynesian Cultural Center, food truck parks, beaches, just everything! Pools were nice to swim in the evenings! Condo had all the amenities such as beach towels, kitchen items, beach toys, etc!
