Located on the North Shore of Oahu at Turtle Bay, this townhome sits on the Championship Fazio Golf Course with a lake view and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. There are multiple walking trails and paths that lead to quiet secluded beaches or world-famous beaches such as Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and Pipeline. A large pool is located right outside the front door, and two additional pools throughout the complex. There are two 18-hole golf courses (Fazio & Arnold Palmer Course), 2 tennis courts, a barbeque cabana, a private screened lanai, and a swaying hammock with your name on it!

This stylish 2 story Hawaiian town home is modern, immaculate, and comfortable with brand new furniture, beds, linens, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, with loft area and 2 full bathrooms. This unit has 2 King beds, 3 single beds, and 2 fold out mattresses. This townhome is a non-smoking unit. It has 3 air conditioners, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, ironing board & iron, coffee bean grinder, blender, 42' flat screen LCD TV, cable TV, FREE high speed internet, FREE WiFi, and a computer desk. Boogie boards, beach chairs, 1 ice cooler and a few large beach towels available for use. There are also 2 sets of used golf clubs. Parking available and additional designated guest parking area.

Hard to beat the location of this place. Listing was accurate, short walk to the beach which we made almost every day. Directions getting to the property were easy to follow. Beds were comfortable Was a bummer that power was out when we arrived, but nothing the owner can control there - a huge storm knocked out power for a couple days for a lot of people on the island. It was hard to get messages back about who to contact for outage updates. Place only had 1 paper towel roll and 4 rolls of toilet paper. For a family of 7 for 5 days that was not sufficient. That was out only complaint though, everything else was amazing!

This is a great location for exploring the North Shore and surrounding areas. Beautiful place with the pool out front and golf course in back. Everything was very good, well maintained and fully stocked. The hosts were very helpful in providing needed information.

If you love the North Shore, the villas are the place to stay. The location is excellent and is very close to the beach, multiple pools, golf, food trucks, and surfing. The townhouse has everything you need and then some! The communication was great and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

Let me just say I would stay here in a heartbeat . Wonderful location in turtle bay on north shore . This has to be the most well stocked vrbo I have ever stayed at. The host thought of everything !!! All rooms well done and nicely decorated . Very friendly. Off the back patio —- hammock is gone and so is the tree , but nice table and view of a pond. Short walk to beach and pool is a few steps out the front door. Hiking turtle bay is gorgeous . That being said hubby said he would not stay here . Our 28 year stayed in the loft and the lack of ceiling fan in the master and the ac unit just wasn’t as comfortable as hubby wanted for the upstairs area. We did go in sept and it’s slightly warmer that time of year than other months. Keep in mind due to the layout , master bedroom window unit blows directly on the one side of the bed Again I would stay. It was a seamless experience .

Fabulous Stay at Turtle Bay Condo

Our stay at Kuilima Estates was wonderful! The condo was well appointed with anything you might need. It had a beautiful golf course and pond view and was close to the pool. We would return again!Thanks for a great stay!

Great North Shore condo located on the golf course, near a large pond that attracted so many types of birds. My daughter especially enjoyed hand-feeding the red-crested cardinals! Comfortable for our 6 member, 3 generation family. Well-stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, right across from the lovely, large quiet pool, about an hour's drive to Pearl Harbor (especially due to the beach traffic), close to Kuilima Cove Beach and other North Shore Beaches, as well as Waimea Valley where you can swim under its waterfall. Highly recommend this condo! Management provided all the acess codes (however several were changed last minute and only sent in response to my text saying we would arrive a 15 minutes before the 4 pm check in time (seemed like an last minute after-thought).
