Hotel was really nice from the time we entered to the time we left. Check in was really easy and room was very clean and a good size. We eat in the restaurant and the food was excellent and good value. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Kaikoura

Very nice modern hotel, and very comfortable. We paid extra for a sea view room (only 1 night) so it was disappointing that our room wasn't ready until 5:30, when it was dark! To add insult to injury, I was told that if we were late to check out, there would be additional fees! So I don't feel like there was value for money in our case

We had a warm, comfortable and clean room with lovely decor. We also had a great view of the mountains, pool and the beach. Sadly the Restaurant and bar service was disappointing and food was average. Some helpful & attentive staff at reception.
