Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There is a hairdryer in the bathroom
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.

Kona Country Club Villas is a beautiful and well maintained gated condominium community in the Keauhou Area of the Big Island of Hawaii. Unit 229 is on the second floor.  There are stairs up to the front entrance.  Located south of Kailua-Kona town on the ocean in the heart of Keauhou. Amazing beaches  within a few miles.  Keauhou Shopping center with grocery shopping and restaurant also very close by.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Amazing view from large, relaxing balcony. Interior space great for family. Nearby grocery store handy and kitchen fully equipped. Captain Cook area to the south has many activities and sites to see. Easy drive up to Kona area. Explored entire island, 2 lane roads everywhere with 35-55 MPH so travel times anywhere take a little time. Management company sent door code a week ahead of arrival so no check in needed. Three nice pool areas on site and property well maintained. Pictures and listing accurately depict the stay.

We loved the location, close to KTA and other shopping. No privacy though because our balcony was right in front of a tee off for golf course. You could hear everything the upstairs unit was doing as well. Ocean views were great. The place needed cleaning however, hair and sand and dirt on the floors, dried coffee on kitchen counters, shower had lots of sand in it and sheets smelled off so we cleaned everything again and washed all the bedding and towels. The dishwasher rack was all rusted out so we hand washed everything. Loved the in unit washer dryer and having 2 bathrooms. Appreciate that there were some cleaning supplies available.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location. You can walk to a shopping center with restaurants, grocery store and shopping. The condo was clean, quiet and backs up to a golf course with a view of the ocean.

Amazing Keauhou

We have visited Keauhou many times…love the area. This property is great - lovely lanai, great pools and tennis/pickleball courts. This unit is well maintained and has been partially updated. If looking to come to the Big Island - Country Club Villas is a wonderful place to stay.
