3 bedroom 1 bathroom  duplex on the waterfront - great value for money. Main bedroom has 1 x Queen bed and the Two other bedrooms both have 2 x Single beds in each. Reverse cycle air con in living area plus TV, DVD player and CD player. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a microwave, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and Breville Pod coffee machine in the well stocked kitchen. Washing machine, iron and ironing board in laundry. BBQ and outdoor patio furniture on front under cover verandah with those great views of the river and ocean. Back patio also has outdoor setting and there is a small lawn area surrounded by garden. Parking for a boat. Short stroll to shops.

Wi-Fi is not available at this property. Free public Wi-Fi can be accessed at several locations in town, including the Kalbarri Visitor Centre, Kalbarri Library, Gorges Cafe and Kalbarri Motor Hotel.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

A couple of houses down from the local IGA and right across the road from the beach, you couldn’t find a more perfect location. The deck has full ocean views out the front and with 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen and living area, you couldn’t ask for much more from the accomodation. Great location, clean and well kept.

The positives: The accommodation was nice and clean, the location is really good with the river right across the road so you're able to eat meals at the table on the front verandah and watch the sun go down in the evening. Two minor issues we had were, it was quite hot in the bedrooms as the air-conditioning did not reach into them. The bedrooms did have ceiling fans but it was still quite stuffy. The main living area was cooled well by the aircondtioner. The apartment is not serviced so you're required to bring your supplies. Eg toilet paper, washing up liquid, soap etc and as a heads up we also needed extra rubbish bags for the bin. The advert does clearly state it isnt serviced in the description so this was not a surprise. Other than that, the apartment is in a fantastic location and very clean and well maintained and the beds are very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Kalbarri Waters A on Grey st Kalbarri is a duplex property with 3 bedrooms,oneI larger main bedroom with a queen bed and 2 smaller bedrooms fitted with twin beds.It has a very pleasant outlook from the front alfresco over looking the river, which allows you to see the beautiful Kalbarri sunsets. It is within a very easy walking distance to both the IGA supermarket,Pelly’s Cafe which has free wifi and the Gorges Cafe. And only a ten minute walk to the main shopping area and hotel. The property is very clean and nicely presented. We would also like to thank Ron from Ray White, who we booked through, for his consideration.

Great spot in Kalbarri

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have just spent 4 nights at Kalbarri Waters A. We throughly enjoyed the premises and highly recommend to anybody. The property is located 3 houses away from an Iga and is located opposite the beach. 3 bedrooms all with ceilings fans was a welcome relief as the weather was very warm for our stay 2 bedrooms are a little smaller both with 2 single beds in them and then the main bedroom with a queen size bed in a good size room. Back of the house is a laundry, seperate toilet and bathroom which is also a good size. The laundry leads out the back to an undercover patio with table and chairs and a small lawn area along with 2 clotheslines to dry towels or clothes. Back inside the house is an open kitchen, dining and living in which over looks the beach. Kitchen was great with full size fridge, induction stove top and oven all fully equipped with baking trays pots and pans etc. microwave toaster and Nespresso coffee pod machine. This area also has a good split system aircon unit. Off the lounge room you go outside to another undercover alfresco area with table and chairs. We loved to sit here of an evening and watch the sunset over the beach while enjoying a cold beverage the bonus in this area is that you have the option of having pull down shade blinds if you need to block out the wind or sun in an afternoon but still being able to enjoy the view. Around the corner of the alfresco is a good size bbq to use. This area also has a light so cooking after the sunset is no issue. We could not fault anything in this property for 4 adults and 2 teenage kids. We would highly recommend this property if your looking for that perfect spot to holiday in Kalbarri.
