I believe this is a brand new listing, but could be wrong. There was no real place to put garbage and I had to contact the host to get it collected. Had to purchase a remote control for the TV in the master bed, and a can opener. Those should be standard items.

House was very clean. We really enjoyed the quiet countryside, and looking at plants including bananas and coffee cherries.The house is quite spacious and our two adult sons enjoyed having their own bedrooms. Mattresses very really comfortable!Loved the daughter's comments in the guide book!
