This hotel was a great 1 night stay for us, it’s close to the market and shopping strip and a bus ride away from the station, castle and gardens. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a massage pillow which was a nice to use after a long day of travel. Easy to check in and out and also able to hold our luggage after check out for a few hours whilst we got some breakfast before our train ride.

Loved this hotel. Our favourite in japan. Loved the location we walked everywhere including to and from the station. We loved the breakfast was excellent. The staff are great. Travelled with a baby and a 6yo it is family friendly.

Central location. Easy walk from the train station without having to cross any major roads. Walking distance to the castle and gardens. Omichio market just nearby. Many good restaurants too. Hotel is clean. Breakfast although busy has very good selection. Check in took a while as there were many guests so have to take a number. Free coffee and matcha latte which is an absolute plus. The bathroom is superb with powerful all body shower. The laundry room does get very busy though. Overall, enjoyed staying here! Thank you.

Nice hotel with a very reasonable price. The location is 10 minute walk from the train station and diagonally across from the Omicho Market. There are plenty of restaurants around, and the subway station is also right there. The rooms are clean and modern, and decent size in Japanese standards. One suggestion for the hotel is to have a couple spoons in the rooms for making tea and coffee.

This was a great find for us. We enjoy staying at the hotel that was centrally located to the station. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful shower something unique that’s rarely available or offered. We also appreciated the security. We felt comfortable and secure on this hote. I did not care for the designated smoking rooms as the the cigarette smell lingered other than that everything was perfect

For the price this was more than worth it. Excellent location 2 mins walk to Omicho market and many buses to the train station, the various chaya districts and Castle. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. As typical with most Japanese bathrooms, there is a powerful shower and YES it has the latest TOTO !! (you will know what I mean if you’ve been to japan LOL)

Good value hotel but small

New-ish hotel. Nice lobby. Checked in slightly early. Room was SMALL, like all Japan, but more so here than average. Don't recommend large suitcases for this reason. Didn't dine at the hotel. Laundry facilities were good. Overall enjoyable for the price.

A comfortable stay.

Initial impression with check in process was average as "lobby" was not large and was a guided self-check in. The "welcome" drink was a drink with a voucher from a vending machine. However, room was good, comfortable bed, excellent shower, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good. And self-serve is not all bad as the hot chocolate from the self-serve coffee machine was a welcome bonus:) And location is excellent!
