The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I booked my room for the night prior to my arrival because I would be arriving early in the morning. I emailed and called the hotel to request they not "no show" me as I would be arriving early. They noted it on the reservation. I arrived, and found they "no-showed" me and refused to reinstate my reservation. They would only allow me to rebook at the current rate - twice what I booked it for. They claimed my third party reservation prevented them from reinstating my reservation - it was an Expedia booking but I was to pay the hotel directly. I'm a former hotel GM. I know how it works. They left me stranded. Atwell GM refused to assist and Guest Relations were worthless. I've never been treated so badly at any hotel - and I've stayed at some dumps in the past. The roaches at those dumps had better customer service skills than the crew at this Atwell.

Friendly staff, efficient check in. After a long day of traveling decided to just eat at the bar in the hotel. Food was okay, not great, but definitely convenient. And service was prompt.

Was I at a hotel?

So wonderfully QUIET! No street noise at all … slept straight through the 8 hours. Congenial, professional, helpful staff. All starting with the most cheerful shuttle driver I think I’ve ever met. Gym was great. Had everything I would use at my gym at home. Place seemed state of the art, I felt more at an upscale condo building than a hotel. My first Atwell suites experience. I will definitely be looking for the brand in future travels.
