Property is dirt glass in the parking lot housekeeping took towels and never brought new ones I’ve have one set of towels at a time and they don’t clean your room I’ve been a stay over and they have cleaned 2x !!! But that’s fine when it come to the staff . The night staff are absolutely rude

Refused to let us move to a room with a working fridge and also wouldn’t move a working fridge into our room. All the breakfast was rancid and there were people obviously on drugs coming in and out of the building and the obviously weren’t customers

Hotel looked dated on the outside, landscaping needs help, hallway smelled like weed. But the room was updated, modern, very clean, comfortable bed. Shower was way too hot, so that could use some adjusting (even after messing with it for 10 minutes). Was a comfortable place to spend the night.

Hotel was old so I tried giving some grace but it was one we wouldn’t go back to. It was hot even turning air down to 60, bed was way weird, your feet were up in the air and your head sunk down. Two people in the bed so we were “tacoed” together in the middle. The bathroom sink had toothpaste in it from a previous guest and the shower head was scary, the room also had a slight smell as well as the hall, pool is also closed, so don’t expect to swim. The snack machine also not numbered correctly. But it served its purpose.

Unable to lock room door. Looked like the door had been kicked in and the door jamb was in pieces. Strike plate screwed in too low so the deadbolt couldnt extend, but likely wouldn't have helped much. Breakfast wasn't good; selection or quality. Sign posted saying you couldnt take food back to your room, and 'attendant' stood in the room, watching constantly. He used the same rag to wipe the floor and then immediately a table. Room itself looked clean enough; good amount of water stains on the ceiling.

Not worth the low price if you have any standards.

We decided to stay here because it carried the Wyndham name so we thought it could be trusted as reputable. Not so. I don't need to stay in luxury hotels but I do have some standards. It's not in a great area of town, homeless people in the parking lot most of the time. Our first room had the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling by the wires, when I asked if it could be fixed, the front desk lady gave me a battery for it and sent me on my way. The sheets had stains on them, the toilet seat was broken, the bench in the room looked like it had been colored on my a child, the carpet was sticky in areas, the shower drain wasn't working right, leaving water all over the bathroom floor, etc. I will not be staying again, even if it means I need to spend a little more.

It’s a very “ok” property. You can see the new owners are slowly renovating this very old and beat up property. Got to do a better job with the breakfast though, it’s really weak

The property is convenient to K Med Center. Other than that: landline phone that wasn't connected, no coffee maker or hot water in the room, mold in the tub grout, outside door did not work with key card, wifi did not work, called the front desk several times before they answered, no one was at the front desk at 10:00 am for check out, the parking lot is in desperate need of resurfacing. I could list more, but bottom line, this property is an embarrassment to Wyndham.
