Room provided had not been cleaned from previous guest. Staff was not present at the window for over 15 mins. There were no more rooms available. I have not yet received my refund. Horrible experience, given I was checking in at midnight, when my room should have been ready at 3pm.

Room was not stocked up and no one came to clean during our stay the toilet clogged and after telling the staff no one was sent to get it to drain when I tried to see why I found several syringes in the reservoir of the toilet also advised staff about it and was told to simply just leave them alone and don't touch them

Asked for a non smoking room, room we received reeked of cigarettes. Unknown body fluid stains on the bedsheets and bathroom appliances. Feces on the toilet seat. Unknown dark stains on ceiling, going to give the benefit of the doubt and say it's tobacco and not mold

Good proximity to Ameristar Casino and freeway system. TV didn't work. Housekeeper's child knocking on my door and playing with rocks next to my car. He also kept peeking into my window. Faucet wasn't tightened onto sink at all. Gap in door, allowing bugs to come in easily. Faulty AC system. Cold air, but very humid. Smelled like smoke in room. Front desk not answering phone. Had to drive to office to address my concerns. This is the worst lodging experience I've ever had. Checked out at 4 am just so I could drive home because I hated it so much.

No sleep hotel and human fluids

The lights don't turn off at all. They are motion sensors that can be deactivated no matter what. Everytime you roll over in bed they turn on then you have to manually turn them off. The shower was growing stuff from the hair in the drain. The walls were spackled to covered up mold and wall holes that should have been fixed. The bed smelled like sweat, piss and other fluids. The mattress was so worn out my back gave out just sitting up in it all. Also got locked in bathroom cause there is no door knob in bathroom on toilet side of door.

First room we got had not been cleaned, beds not made, trash in the room. The next room we got was clean but smelled like it had been a smoking room at some point and had been converted to a “non-smoking” room. Beds were ok. Cable tv had poor signal. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was ok for one night, but wouldn’t stay beyond that. It’s a motel, also, not a hotel. They gave us only one towel. Beds are not comfortable. There is no comforter or heavy blanket- just a sheet and sheet like “bedspread”. Our room was clean, but the fan in the bathroom was broken, so every time this motion sensor went off the fan would start up and bath light would come on. The fan made this horrendous noise, and you could shut it off , but that’d only last u til the motion sensor triggered it again.
