I’ve stayed here before and my stays are usually pleasant but this time was far from it. Arrived Saturday to one elevator broken and the other elevator being used past capacity. Obviously unsafe and worrisome as a customer. The elevator fiasco continued until Monday. I arrived in my room and it was still dirty in some places. The floors felt disgusting, the bathroom had PUBIC HAIRS left in the shower and floor. Disgusting. To top it off, the room itself stunk like urine when the air conditioner was turned off. The two men that worked the front desk were creepy and made me feel uncomfortable several times throughout my stay. Overall, for the price I paid for this stay I am very dissatisfied and will not be staying at this hotel again.

We arrived last night for a cardiology appt I have at St.Lukes and this hotel is 4 minutes from there. Pulling my kiddo from school today, meant we had some school work to do, but I forgot her pencils and colors at home. The staff here eagerly found her markers and a pencil behind the desk to support her. It’s the small things that matter the most, and I am thankful that they went out of their way to support this Mama and maintaining normal for my kid as we navigate appts.

Put on 9th floor suite. Toilet would not flush. 1 of 2 elevators out on KC Chiefs weekend. Moved to 2nd floor suite. Toilets are kiddie toilets and difficult to use. Luke warm coffee and horrible egg and potato breakfast. Day 2 of 3, took towels from room and did not clean. Turned off wifi at midnight on last night. Stayed there every year for games. Never again!
