Pretty sure I'm ban, because the door stopper didn't work and the handle put a hole in the wall. But still, it's a great place to stay and they work with you where they can. Recommend for sure.

Has the necessities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had multiple conversations with them before I ever checked in because I had various questions. They were always quick to respond and informative, which was definitely appreciated. The rooms looked good from the pictures online. Beds were ok. Floor was dirty. The vinyl flooring was coming up/apart throughout the room. Bathroom seemed well kept. Price was cheaper than others so that’s why we went with it. Honestly a little TLC on some of the structure of the room could go a long way. But otherwise you get what you pay for. Went with a cheaper room so I tempered my expectations. If you’re looking to save money and just need somewhere to crash. This place will work just fine.

Our stay was good, room was clean. Only wish there was a “Do not Disturb” sign house keeping banged on our door while we was sleeping through the morning after getting back to our room late they didn’t announce themselves. The staff was friendly and was able to get use a room after we arrived earlier than expected. Overall was a good stay!

Great hotel for a 1 night stay

hotel staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a suite with king bed full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. only draw back it was kind of dusty. bed was very comfortable. and the only other complaint would be they need a bigger parking lot, but we found a nice spot to park are car and again the staff was super helpful

Minutes from MCI ! Hotel staff were friendly but the hotel rooms a bit dated and worn? Gave the impression not sparkling clean but no issues. I would stay here again for only another brief stay. Hotel parking lot was full but I parked not far from the shuttle van. My stay served its purpose. Surprised it was very quiet for a Saturday night before a Sunday home game for the KC Chiefs! Breakfast choices were very sparce in a very small room near the front desk.

Love the remodeled version of this location. Staff was friendly and the shuttle service was totally convenient. The nicest people they’ll ever meet. Rooms are clean and renovated. I’ll definitely be back.

For a one night, it was great. Close to the airport, $5 airport shuttle was quick and easy. Beds very comfortable and shower pressure and temperature were good. I found the breakfast very wasteful on single use plastic and nothing healthy to eat. Waffles, sugary cereals and toast. The staff were helpful enough.

I gave it high marks because of the value. It's an economy hotel. Nothing fancy...just a clean room, clean bathroom, beds were nice. TV was solid...refrigerator and microwave oven all worked. Airport shuttle. No breakfast but the little diner next door is solid. That's all. If you are in Kansas City MO to work like I was for three days and you are on a low budget, this Super 8 really works.
