We had a great stay at Palladium, staf is very friendly, our concierge Cielo and Karen were the best, they texted us every morning when they came at work if we needed anything and also again before leaving work. The food is the best on the buffets, you could find anything, delicious fresh food. The alacarte restaurants were amazing, just make sure you book ahead. We did try 7 of them and the favorite was La Adelita. The cleaning crew everyday cleaned our room and also left wine and deserts for us at the room. From all our other Mexico vacations thus at Palladium was the best, except the fact that we could not enjoy the sea because of seaweed.

They treated me very kindly, everything was perfect from check in to check out. There was a few issues in my room, but they were quick to resolve it and offer another room. The only thing I can complain about, is the food was not as good as I would hope. Other than that amazing experience.

The hotel has a terrible smell from the seaweed. It was dirty by our villa, dirt, mud, horrible stench. The buffet had very limited options daily. We were eating the same thing every day, and could not make reservations at specialty restaurants because they were reserved. The worst part, was the beds. Bedsheets were moist and dirty, the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable and felt like your heads sink inwards. Nothing going on nightly except in colonial and Kantenah. We should’ve stayed at Colonial or family selection. Overall, would definitely not return.

It was good.

First time at an all-inclusive. Spent the first half of the trip in a boutique hotel. The food was amazing. Came to the Grand Palladium, which is all-inclusive, and the food was okay. Drinks were poured light. You could find some great food at the variety of restaurants they have, but overall, it was just okay. Seems like a great place to bring kids. Seems like the whole theme was centered around food.

We were upgraded to VIP status and had 2 conciegre/butlers assigned to us. They took care of anything we needed, from dinner reservations to golf cart transportation, to shows/entertainment. Everythinf was all inclusive and the food was delicious. Every night after sinner, we would find some dessert or pastry in our room. On the last night, chocolate covered strawberries with a note from our conciegres. The only thing I didn't like was we had to sit through a 1.5 hour sales pitch (like a timeshare) that we were not interested in buying. Other than that, amazing experience!

Property was very clean, all staff was very attentive, exceeding expectations, helped us coordinate cars to activities and airports without asking first, to nearby towns, shuttling around the resort, and gave honest advice and guidance for visiting local places. Only complain is almost every bar closes at 5-6pm, thought this was interesting for an all inclusive resort. The pool and public areas become a ghost town in the early evening, was not expecting this vibe. The only bars open late are in the hotel lobby’s.

Concierge service was the absolute best! Shoutout to Cielo & David who helped us on our stay. They helped book dinner reservations, shuttles & anything else we needed. I was a bit hesitant traveling with a toddler who drinks milk consistently but Cielo always made sure our room was stocked with milk. They made our stay so much more convenient! The staff at all the restaurants were always friendly.

Overall the property and especially the STAFF at White Sand and the two other properties were very good. We had David and Cielo as our Expedia concierges and they were great, knowledgeable, very attentive, and responsive. We used WhatsApp to communicate.

Excellent service from all of the staff! Everyone was kind and courteous and very informative. From the restaurants, to the front desk, to the pools, the rooms and everything is absolutely amazing and they keep the property very clean. Concierge was also an absolute help for our every need. Desserts every night in our rooms and the food was incredible even at the buffets. I definitely recommend going to Bravo or Chic while staying there.

This resort blew me away. Absolutely stunning. The pictures do no justice, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel was the cleanest hotel iv ever stayed in. The food was incredible. Which isn’t normally typical for an all inclusive. This was the most unexpected pleasurable experience I have had. There was entertainment every night somewhere, the resort is huge so be aware of some shuttling around, but there is an endless variety of different options for everyone. Whether with kids, no kids. We will definitely be coming back here. The detail to everything was amazing. Very happy we chose this property.
