We stayed Khan before (at least 4 years ago) and it keeps what it was. Can request additional water etc. Strongly recommend if they can offer special discount for frequent travelers.

酒店氣氛不錯，可惜設施有點殘舊，房間都有異味

以價格來說是合理的，我住的７０８號房是高級房，房間空間很大，佈置算不錯，只是房間地毯很污穢、床舖不算乾淨，身體有點痕癢、廁所及房間都有潮濕的異味、毛巾有點灰色的，令整體入住體驗很差。 其實這類酒店最重要不是豪華裝潢，只要乾淨舒適就足夠，地板比地毯更易處理，毛巾被褥等一定要清潔乾淨，定期要做防治蟲害之類，廁所通風做好，已經可以吸引人再次到訪。

Good valve for money

The room was windowless but that make it quiet as no road noise Staff were helpful it was in a good location with plenty of eating place around not far from the metro station

Acceptable stay in kaohsiung

Stayed in an executive room. Room was comfortable and large esp the bathroom which had a large bathtub. Location is relatively good with eateries around and near to liuhe night market (ruifong was better) and city council mrt station (about 450 m walk). Hotel only has one small elevator and the toilet at lobby area was small and one cubicle was out of order. Service attitude of reception staff requires improvement. They were grumpy and not friendly. Overall, still an acceptable stay given the value for $ room rates.

So-so

Overall it was ok: clean room, decent location and friendly staff - however there were some problems. Our first room had water pouring in from the closed window (they quickly moved us to another room, thankfully). Our second room was right next to something making an incredibly loud droning noise which made it mostly impossible to sleep. The rooms (and bathrooms especially) are also ridiculously dark, which makes it really difficult to put makeup on etc.

Great space and location

The overall condition of the hotel lobby, the common space, and the suites were well kept and very clean. The only complain I would have is the slow elevator they had and there was only one in total; therefore, if you lived quite high up and couldn't take the stairs, the wait for the elevator is noticeable. In terms of the hotel location, it is about 10 minutes walk to the night market and 10 minutes to the subway--very convenient. I would definitely come back again!

Very enjoyable stay

Had a problem when aircon didn't work and they upgraded our booking. Guys and Gals at reception were great!
