Summary:

This is a charming beachfront, ground floor, end unit location, and only steps to the beach and pool.



The Space:

This beautiful ground floor condo is 50 steps from one of the best looking pools on Kauai. The condo is blessed with great sunset views then shade in the afternoon  and the lanai has the sounds of the ocean waves kissing the shore.



This condo has been updated with Split air conditioning to ensure you stay cool. New windows and patio slider door were installed for added comfort during your visit!

Access to the condo is by a nearly private pathway to and from the condo that is away from parking lot . Watch your family from your lanai while they swim and play in the heated pool or run around our nicely manicured lawn. Our condo is decorated in an old world, yet tasteful Hawaiian style and the kitchen is well stocked for people who like to cook and grill.



Enjoy the flat screen TV, incredibly comfortable king size bed,  Murphy bed in living room, coolers and beach chairs that all ready for your enjoyment and relaxation.

The Neighborhood:

The Royal Coconut Coast is aptly named, not just because of the amazing stands of large coconut trees that cover the landscape, but also because much of the area was originally reserved only for the ali’i or royalty in the Hawaiian kingdom. Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. The whole family can find something to do here, from a leisurely day at the beach or spa, to biking, hiking, kayaking, or golfing, there are many options of how to spend your time on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast.



Getting Around:

A rental car is the best way to see the island, however there are other options;

The Kauai County bus, Uber and Lyft are available. Bike rentals are nearby!



Other Things to Note:

Lae Nani Condos are located on the convenient East side of Kauai and close to shopping, activities and even the airport.

Checkout time is 10 a.m.

unless different times are arranged in advance.

We are available by phone and are at the property almost every day. We do not live onsite.

We are home and I have had time to evaluate our trip. First, I would like to say that your company did an amazing job and was very accommodating. I do not have good things to say about the condos. Don’t get me wrong, our condo was great. It was outside that was an issue. Things were so bad that I will never recommend staying there. Here are the things that happened:1) we knew about the resurfacing because you informed us. But, you said they had a policy of working from 9-5 which was acceptable. BUT, the first night they worked until 7:15. I asked the security guard because he was outside when we were walking to our car about working past 5:00. He was extremely rude and said they had to finish what they put down. My reply to this was that they should only put down what they can finish by 5:00 pm. The 2nd night they work s until 8:20. The 3rd night they worked until 7:45. The 4th night they were still out there after 9 when we came in. The next issue were the gardeners. I appreciate them keeping the grounds nice, but at 6:30 we were sitting on the grass right next to the edge of the sand and the yard people were using their blower and driving their cart around to pick up the things they had cut down that day. They went back and forth by us several times within 5’ of our chairs. They were not picking anything up near us. One other day the same thing occurred but we were sitting on our lanai. Strike 3

Fantastic stay. Everything was great: property grounds were beautiful, great ocean views, fabulous/clean/comfortable condo, communication & assistance from property manager was great, great location on the island itself, pool was nice with view of ocean, and nice swimmable parts of ocean beach. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back to stay here again.

Great Condo and Location

Very clean and well decorated condo. That said, when outdoor temperatures reach into the mid-80s, airflow and cooling the unit are an issue, and that was the case with this unit. It had not been occupied for several days prior to our arrival, and so with fans and just a small A/C unit in the bedroom, it took several days to bring the temperature down to reasonably tolerable temps within all the rooms in this otherwise great condo!

Great location!

This property was awesome. The location was great. I wanted to be on a swimmable beach, but have easy access to both side of the island, and this place delivered. The rocked off part in the ocean was bigger than expected and there were even fish to see in there. The condo was clean and had everything needed. The chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch.

Perfectly relaxing vacation

Great location for easy access to ocean, pool, Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava Beach Club. All without having to step foot in the car. Also, this East shore location made for short trips to North Shore Na Pali coast and South Shore spots. Definitely recommend and would stay in same unit again. Nice bonus for AC unit in bedroom and fans in rest of unit.

Wonderful stay

This is the 4th time that we’ve stayed at the Lae Nani, dating back to 1986, and we love the location. Centrally located between Poipu & Hanalei and a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace with dining & shopping. The unit was wonderful; clean, well stocked, and perfectly located near the pool but not so close as to be noisy. The air conditioner in the bedroom was an added plus. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time, the rental was perfect for 2 people. The rental was very clean and we had all amenities we needed. Pool was great and very well maintained. The Best!

We love the these condos and have been coming here for years! The Murphy bed was perfect for our kids and the stand up AC in the bedroom was a nice addition that was not there the last time we stayed as were the new BBQs. We also appreciated the pool being nicely heated as it has not been in the past. The kitchen was really well stocked and even had a sippy cup for my younger child. In my opinion the ground floor building 1 was the perfect place so the kids could run around on the grass and jump in the pool easily or walk out to the beach. We had a lot of family staying in other condos and everyone thought we had the best one. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We had an amazing time on this beautiful island!

Great stay in Kauai

The condo was just as described. The grounds are so pretty and relaxing. A very quiet complex. You can hear the waves from your patio. Beautiful smaller beach with a small wading pool. Restaurant/Bar next door with music in the evenings. House was WELL stocked with everything you could need. Check-in/communication was very clear and easy. Great central location on the island with walking distance to market/shops. Walking path along beach next to property. Wonderful condo and would stay again. Thank you!

Two great beaches right there. 1 block away from a shopping center with shops and restaurants. Spacious, well stocked and comfortable. Centrally located to north or south side of the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Lae Nani does not disappoint

This unit is lovely if you like being by the pool. We like quick access to the pool when it quiet. The unit is near Lava Lava and can have some noise if you are sensitive to noise. We are not and we loved the unit and the location.
