On the Baltic Sea 22: Design dream incl. wellness with sea view directly on the Baltic Sea

Luxury holiday home for connoisseurs of the sea, with sauna, fireplace and large roof terrace. This unique holiday home is located on the north pier of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz near Kappeln. The direct sea location offers you a starting point for many activities on land and water.
On the ground floor, also called the lower deck, there are large outdoor terraces around the house for all sun and moon nights. After bathing in the bay just 100 m away, you can shower off the sand in the outdoor shower. In addition to a spacious cloakroom in the entrance area, there is a guest room with terrace access and double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) for two people, a bathroom, a guest toilet and the large kitchen. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, dryer etc.
A wooden staircase leads to the two upper floors. In the so-called middle deck, there are 2 further bedrooms and a wellness bath with Finnish sauna and fresh air balcony. From the sauna, as well as from the floor-level shower and from the free-standing bathtub, you have a clear view of the sea. In the first bedroom you sleep in a king-size bed, on the bedroom balcony you have a view of the Baltic Sea and can enjoy the sunrise. The second bedroom is furnished with a loft bed as a bunk and a wardrobe.
The upper deck is a room without limits. Cooking, eating and living flow together here. On the two outdoor terraces you can enjoy breakfast, the afternoon and the evening meal depending on the position of the sun and the wind. The terraces offer structural wind protection on every level and in all directions.
Three parking spaces offer enough space for cars or the trailer with an inflatable boat.
The builders, two interior designers, paid great attention to the planning and execution of a coherent overall impression between the interior, the exterior design and the maritime environment. In this ecological wooden house, completed in 2016, natural materials, bright colors and an approach to maritime elements make up the charm and quality of living and enable a relaxing retreat.

The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.

On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 4 guests.
The laundry packages, consisting of bed linen and towels, are already included in the price. On arrival, a basket of firewood is ready for you, you are welcome to purchase additional wood from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack.
The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 229.00 euros. If you book less than 7 nights, a short trip surcharge of EUR 120.00 will be charged.
The deposit of € 500.00 is due with the remaining payment by transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. The deposit will not be retained for minor damage. All prices include 7% VAT.
