Убогий завтрак
Posted Apr. 15, 2019 on HotelsЗавтрак происходит в полуподвальном помещении. Запах отвратительный - как в наших провинциальных больницах в середине прошлого века. Все скучено, столики маленькие, стоят близко друг к другу. О достойной презентации еды вообще не может быть и речи.
Еда убогая. Немного самой дешевой нарезки - есть это невозможно. Вареные яйца - это единственное, что можно выбрать. Хлеб намного хуже чем самый дешевый хлеб дома. Есть помидоры и огурцы - но все это такое некачественное, просто диву даёшься. А главное - впечатление убогости, и сразу с утра портится настроение. Я от такого давно отвыкла. Возвращаешься в провинциальную больницу середины прошлого века.
Плюс гостиницы - замечательные приветливые дружелюбные женщины на рецепции. Вот им - респект.

Hotel war enttäuschend Balkon gesperrt Essen gabs um 9Uhr kaum noch was bin nach 2 Tagen wieder abgereist so war es laut Beschreibung nicht

Pros: Läget, personalen i receptionen.
Cons: Information om procedurerna samt hur och när de ska bokas
Location: Promenader i skogen, Diana-anläggningen, djurinhägnaderna, spa-området, Loket, Becov, bra restauranger, spa i staden...
Vi var nöjda både med hotellet och läget - med ett undantag. Vid bokning frågade vi per telefon om procedurerna och fick som svar att titta på nätet och sedan vid ankomsten boka dem. Vid ankomsten fick vi då veta att alla procedurerna under veckan var fullbokade. Hotellet gjorde inte ett minsta försök att hjälpa oss. (Själva lyckades vi dock boka några procedurer på ett hotell i närheten, och några fick vi boka nere på stan.)

We booked dubbel room for the weekend. First we get room whit L-vorm bed. Nr. Of room 101. The gaming place for the kids is at the front of your door. After the fight on reception we get the room nr. 402 whit toilet and shouver on etage which can use who'll hotel. The dors will not clouse. Everything is broking... averywhere mold! see foto's. Terrible... in the restaurant you will seat where they say, not where you like. Service... there is no service just women laughing of you, and says sorry we can not help you, i'm here just on reception. I was asking for the clean towels, she looks at you like you ask her money))) they don't have it. She brought it from en other room. If you want Internet you can run through whole hotel from up to down. Hopefully you get it... at last booked another hotel and when i say it to the receptioniste she says why we have a moor rooms. but it is a good experience! Try it and success. Gast from Holland.
