After a long travel day, this hotel was a gem! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and the hotel food was delicious. Best breakfast buffet of all the places we have stayed

Have stayed in this hotel several times. It is not in central Karlstad so own transport is required. There is free parking and easy access to the main road into Karlstad . Staff are friendly and rooms are clean and spacious . Restaurant serves a good selection for breakfast and evening meal

Not worth the price
Posted Dec. 30, 2021 on HotelsSpent the night on our way to the Swedish mountains. Checking in and breakfast buffet was fine, the rest is just downhill. The a la carte menu food was awful. The hotel was unkept, old, and smelly. In the bathroom we had some questionable brown stains on the wall. All in all for this standard- way overpriced! Not staying here again.
