Mosquitoes were really bad and I had bites all over my body. There was also a lot of Maeng Mow Bugs in the bed which I thought were bed bugs at first. They changed the sheets but it was very uncomfortable sleeping in a bug filled room.

This property is lovely, and at night becomes absolutely magical! It’s clear a lot of thought and love went into creating this sanctuary. That said, what makes it so special are the amazing staff - so friendly and attentive! We loved our stay here!

No beach but free shuttle is provided every 30 mins. Takes 10 mins to get there. No main pool but a long “river” for swim up suite holders, with greens on either side, it’s like you’re swimming through a jungle, amazing. Every staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always delicious. The decor is authentically Thai, property well kept. You can take endless pictures in every corner. There’s a gym, spa and a small recreational area. Not a lot of fancy restaurants close by. If you want a quiet place to relax in this is it.

The staff was great, but the room was very dirty and dusty. There was a significant amount of dust on the bed frames and decor that hadn't been cleaned in years. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was lacking. The hotel itself felt quite dated, especially considering the price. Additionally, the breakfast was unsanitary; there was a bowl of eggs being used to prepare omelets that was cooking in the bowl prior to preparing the omelets.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The hotel is beyond stunning and the staff are so friendly and lovely. They went above and beyond when they they found it it was my spouse's 50th birthday! Breakfast was very good and the location is fairly good too. The beach shuttle is very convenient if you don't want to walk but the beach is only a 15 min walk. We were sad to leave but are already planning to come back next year and stay a few days longer.

The staff was friendly and the hotel beautiful! Loved our room, the pool, and the food! We had an activity scheduled for a private boat day. When we told the hotel staff that we were left stranded and told the boat broke, they sprang into action and found us a new rental boat and had the cab waiting outside in less then an hour. This hotel is great and can’t thank the staff enough for saving the day!
