Please pay back to me.

We cannot stay in Hotel Om Residency because the operator told us that he has not informations about. I didnot know why althougt I already paid to hotel.com. We moved to other hotel and paid with cash. Hotel.com must refund to me. I donot want to know about communication between Hotel.com and Om residency.
