Am Sonnenhang, een verrassend mooi hotel.

Op onze terugreis vanuit Polen zochten wij een hotel voor een overnachting. De keus viel op Hotel Am Sonnenhang. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en de eigenaresse wees ons op een goed restaurant in het dorp. Het bleek een goed advies en wij hebben daar heerlijk gegeten. De kamer is niet echt modern te noemen maar wel heel goed, het bed was van zeer goede kwaliteit.en wij hebben dan ook heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijtbuffet de volgende ochtend was een echte verrassing voor ons. Rijkelijk voorzien van alles wat je maar lekker kan vinden, gekookt eitje, heerlijk brood, goed beleg ronduit compliment waard. Het uitzicht vanuit de eetgelegenheid in dit hotel is ook schitterend. Bij ons vertrek werd op ons verzoek onze thermoskan nog even gevuld met kokend water te gebruiken bij een 'picknick" onderweg. Wij zijn dus zeer tevreden en komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Som sædvanlig upåklageligt hotel.

Hotellet anvendes hver gang jeg er i Kassel, og opholdet var, som alle de øvrige gange upåklageligt. Fin P-plads på hotellets grund. Mindre supermarked nær hotellet og stort indkøbscenter (Herkules-center) kan nås efter 15-20 minutters kørsel.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das ansich war kein Problem, allerdings lies die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück war für den Preis von 7€ in Ordnung. Der Service mit Kaffee etc. war ebenfalls gut. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (1-2 Nächte) kann man das Hotel empfehlen.

Verblijf voldeed niet aan de criteria voor hotel.

Verblijf in dependance van het hoofdgebouw. Ligt aan de rand van een afgelegen park bovenaan de heuvel van de stad. Ongeschikt als werk- zaken- verblijf 1/ Receptie aanwezig in hoofdgebouw van 8:00-20:00. Als je voor 8:30 begint en na 20:00 terugkeert, is er geen enkele service of ondersteuning. Ontbijt vanaf 8:00. We kwamen de laatste dag te laat op het werk door het late uitchecken. 2/ Bij aankomst om 19:45, onvriendelijke ontvangst. Met zware bagage trappen weer op, geen hulp of uitleg dat dat er een lift is. Geen maaltijd of ander eten verkrijgbaar (keuken is al gesloten). Na 2 km "steep down hill en weer terug lopen, zonder maaltijd teruggekeerd. 3/ 1 koelkast op de gang voor de gehele dependance. 4/ briefjes op de kamer dat 1 je 1 portie oploskoffie mag gebruiken, aangezien er anders 40 cent in rekening gebracht wordt. Thee zakjes (in het totaal 2 theezakjes voor 3 dagen werden niet aangevuld). 5/ geen airconditioning 3 nachten zeer slecht geslapen (was erg benauwd). Geen goede ventilatie en/of onvoldoende ventilerend bed goed. 6/ inboedel maakt een verouderde indruk. Niet sluitende lekkende douche deuren.

Angenehmer Ausgangspunkt für Kultur in Kassel

Angefangen beim Bergwerk Wilhelmshoehe mit seinem Rosengarten, den einzigartigen Wasserspielen, dem erstklassigen Museum in Schloss Wilhelmshoehe, dem Blauen See, bis hin zum Luftbad Wilhelmshoehe und der Künstlernekropole reicht der Habichtswald mit seinen Buchen u. Eichen bis nah an das Hotel. So sind diese Sehenswürdigkeiten auf einem Spaziergang gut erreichbar auch bei warmem Wetter.

Solides Hotel am Stadtrand

Das Hotel liegt recht weit vom Zentrum Kassels am Berghang. Die Zimmer sind nicht allzu gross aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Betten gut. Das Frühstück ist den Extrapreis von 6 € wirklich wert.
