Publié le 20 mai 2018 sur ExpediaLe meilleur hôtel de cette catégorie que j'ai pu trouver à Katmandou (et cela fait 25 ans que j'y vais). J'ai séjourné à l'Hotel Friend's Home 11 nuits en mai, et je n'ai que des compliments à leur faire : excellent service; management très serviable et très attentionné; excellente situation, au calme tout en étant à 2 minutes à pied du centre de Thamel; chambre spacieuse, très propre et tout confort; clim; télé satellite; Wifi gratuit; très bon petit-déjeuner buffet et restaurant; thé/café gratuit servi à toute heure. Une seule réserve : je suis habituée à de la literie ferme et la quasi totalité de la literie (sauf 1 matelas!) est souple (correspondant à la demande de la grande majorité des clients). J'ai donc vite récupéré le seul matelas ferme de l'hôtel. Un matelas ferme à deux places fera mon bonheur l'année prochaine ! Un grand merci au personnel et à la direction pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse.
