The check in was very difficult compared to other hotels in Poland. The shower would only deliver water at a quite hot temperature. That said, breakfast was tasty and the location was very convenient.

It was ok, not really clean. The service was OK, employees are not really helpful. Breakfast is really great.

The receptionist was not helpful. We needed to make a call, we used the room phone and it didn't work so we went to speak to the reception to use the phone at the reception but she said no. We then requested that they send someone to check the room phone. I left for the room with the techician only to discover the phone was not even plugged. None of the staff apologied for the inconviences and embrassment, so we decided to check out a day before and left for a better hotel.
