Customer experience is not good. On our second day, someone entered our room and did not lock our room. On our last day, when I was home, I saw an extra 58 dollar charge on my credit card. When I called, they said that I did not return the key. How was I able to check out? If I did not hand them the key, I should have seen the extra charge in my receipt. If someone misplaced the key, isn’t that their problem?I’m so pissed with the lady whom I speak to when she said I did not return the key as if she was so sure.

The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping to the breakfast bar. The room was clean. We had a small kitchenette and it was equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but when we were there it was great!

We wanted a place for one night, to visit a sick family member. Like,,,,who really wants to spend a small fortune to sleep one night? The breakfast was less than mediocre, but it was free. The staff were nice, and the property was clean. We've stayed at better hotels for the same price,, but we were stuck for a place. We will not return to this place,,,sorry.

Great spot

What a great spot. Feels luke going back in time, in a good way. We have all been in old hoteks that feel run down and dirty. This is not one of them. Old school vibe including physical keys, actual metal keys. Retro yellow bathroom ( and at least one ghost). Surprising clean well kept room, comfortable beds and really nice seating area and garden. would absolutely stay again. pro tip from the front dest Mikies pub next door for dinner was awesome.

The motel was located in a decent area but as it was old it had poor noise cancellation and as it had window ac units they were noisy. The rooms were decent size but the beds were not comfortable and the washroom had old fittings. Clean rooms and good staff but old and noisy. The ability to bring our doggie was a bonus.

We have stayed at this property 2 times in the last year and a half. One time the hot tub was out of service. This time the pool was down for maintenance. Also this time we could not get the TV working. I failed and the girl at the front desk could not resolve the problem. I am not sure I will say again. Disappointed in the services. The rest was good.
