Such a funky fun little hotel. Staff were amazing on check in, being helpful down to recommending “Mom & Pop” style dining options (staff favourites). Super clean, with some nice “off the wall” touches in the room that made us smile! I only gave a 3 star for area around the property because at this time there is a building being built and the crane operators and staff started banging some pipes, etc at 6:30 am. Great current info sent via Expedia from the hotel on any little changes that were happening that might have affected our stay, such as a burst pipe that only interrupted the ping pong games area. Incredible easy walking to a plethora of dining options, the theatre, Central Park and Prospera Centre. And free parking at the hotel!!!! Well done, folks! Keep it up. We will be back.

This was a great place to stay. The only complaint I have is nothing to do with the hotel, but there was construction in the area that started at 6:00am

The hotel would be great if you’re in Kelowna to have a good time, not so much if you want a good night sleep. We ended up cancelling the second night and went to the Delta because the sound of banging pipes and drunk people on the swings kept us up after a long drive from Calgary.

Paper thin walls and a party hotel

Stayed for two nights. The first night was the worst for noise. Ear plugs and fan noise did not help. It pretty much did not stop from 11PM to 6AM. Several rooms appeared to be noise sources. Second night was noisy until midnight, then at 4AM again. Very poor sleep.
