We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament in Wilson and looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the weekend. After reading lots of positive reviews, we booked at the Quality Inn for an amazing rate. We checked in late, after our 8pm game, and were greeted by an extremely friendly woman at the desk. She offered us some free popcorn, wished us good luck at our next game, and was just the first of many pleasant encounters we had with the staff. We headed to our room which was clean and comfortable and got a great night of sleep. At breakfast I discovered the kids table and shelf of kids books in the lobby, which I thought was the cutest touch. The food was delicious, the area was clean, and once again the staff was friendly and attentive. I bragged about finding this clean, safe, affordable hotel all weekend and we will definitely stay here in the future!!

I hate to say that I don’t have their names, but the 2 ladies in the front desk (yesterday late night and today in the morning) were awesome! Super attentive, really respectful and have the greatest customer service that we had never experienced before in any hotel of this kind. The facilities are SUPER clean, is not a luxury hotel but you don’t need a luxury to be clean, and the rooms, common areas and facilities are spotless! 100% sure if we need to use an hotel near again will be this Quality Inn.

The staff were very pleasant and it was conveniently located to the highway. The hotel was in good condition, clean and comfy. The bathroom was definitely dated and there is a train somewhere close that can be easily heard sometimes but overall, it was a good experience.

Super convenient off highway. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool, and complimentary snacks (Fri & Sat) and quick breakfast. Microwave in room and good size “mini” fridge with great working little freezer for ice packs! Ac works great in room, black out curtains and can’t hear neighbors. Thanks!

I booked a stay at the Quality Inn hotel through Expedia, expecting a decent experience based on the recommendation and rate. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. I checked in around 1 AM, and the next morning, I wasn’t feeling well. I called the front desk and politely asked for a late checkout of just 30 extra minutes — until 11:30 AM instead of 11:00. The front desk clerk, Brenda, was rude and dismissive, insisting I leave by 11 because “others were waiting for the room.” Yet when I walked out, I saw many rooms were clearly unoccupied — especially surprising for a Sunday, when hotels are usually less busy. I wasn’t asking for much — just a little understanding and flexibility. Instead, I received poor customer service and no empathy. This was not a good recommendation by Expedia, and I would not stay here again or suggest it to others.
