Two-bedroom, two bath boasting 1300 sq ft of living space with upgraded kitchen and baths, private laundry facilities and open-air balcony and thoughtful floor plan. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of your private residence and be within minutes of world-class fishing, snorkeling and diving!

Kawama Yacht Club...a fabulous oceanfront complex with a plethora of amenities located in the heart of Key Largo! Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a private residence on 22 well-planned and landscaped acres. Kawama Tower has its own private, heated marina-front pool with shared access to two additional heated pools. Other features include an oceanfront beach, a children's playground, two tennis courts, a sunning beach at the north end of the 3-acre saltwater lagoon, and relaxing walking paths through the community. Oceanfront, you'll find picnic and meditation areas, a 400' fishing jetty, and the pearl of Kawama Yacht Club, the deep-water marina with boat ramp and rental slips. A Nice Vacation Condo for a Break from Winter

This condo is very well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, as they have thought of everything. I even hosted a dinner party! The pool for The Tower is not crowded, warm and there are always plenty of chairs. The condenser on the fridge/freezer went out, so we were without one for 2 days while we waited for the part and installation. We are still waiting to hear if the owners will give us some reimbursement. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, as it is worn out with no support. We had a short list of things that needed to be fixed and they were going to take care of them right after we checked out. Barefeet Rentals is very good at taking calls and making sure that you get service when needed. I was surprised and unprepared to find out that there is no hair dryer. The owner called me back and let me know that it doesn't come with one, so pack one.

Good for family stay

Great facilities, good location, excellent management team. This property is easy to access from US 1 Highway while staying away from noise. The gated community has two nice tennis courts surrounded by coconut trees. We really enjoy staying here.

Home away from home

Upon arrival we were given one key which we never even ending up using . Someone was always in the pool area and let us in. Condo was pretty clean just seemed like potential dog hair . Overall we were extremely happy with our rental and our check in and check out process! Thanks for having us

Great family vacation!

We had a nice little family getaway with our two young children at Kawama Towers! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great - we enjoyed the playground, pool and walks to the beach. Lots of good restaurants and attractions nearby. We would love to visit again!

Nice Place, But Check-in Is A Challenge

We called ahead to arrange late check-in. The office closed at 5pm. We arrived at 5:15pm. The door to access our folder would not open requiring me to stand on their cold and windy 2nd floor walkway while the after hours guy arranged for our entry to the community. When we arrived at the tower, there were no luggage carts requiring us to make multiple trips back & forth to the unit. Guests are also prohibited from parking under the building making it more arduous, especially for seniors. The unit had two entry doors. We chose the one with the unit # next to it. It had a broken keyboard prompting another call to the after hours guy, who pointed us to actual entry door and opened it remotely (thanks). The unit itself is nice and clean, but we'd be reluctant to deal with the logistical problems with our visit again.

Love it!

This was our second stay at Kawama tower and we are still very pleased. We love the lagoon and the small beach area is perfect for sunset & sunrise watching. The private laundry facilities are so convenient!! The master suite door still needs a lock on it though
 Overall a wonderful place to stay with a lovely well stocked condo! We may very well be back again.
