Absolutely perfect

Awesome tiny home on the water
Posted Jan. 14, 2023 on HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our week at Kokomo! It was the perfect winter getaway for my wife and I. Right on the water (canal) looking across at mangroves, it was peaceful and refreshing. Inside was well appointed and clean. Great hosts!

Posted Sep. 11, 2022 on HomeAwayMy husband and I celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary here, it is convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. We fished every day, with the boat literally 20 feet out the back door on a lift it was a no worry, easy way to just enjoy. Wonderful tiki hut and the light underwater off the dock was great watching the fish at night. Perfect location for a couple!!

Wonderful house on the water
Posted Jul. 5, 2022 on HomeAwayWe rented this house on the water for a week vacation. It was a perfect stay. We brought our boat and it was great being steps from the water every morning. Being able to use the boat lift was a plus so the boat didn’t sit in the water all week. The area surrounding was so nice on the boat. We found so many nice private spots to stop along the way. We were just a few miles from the gulf coast and it was so pretty.
The house was fully stocked and very comfortable. We cooked in a few nights and used the grill. My 22 year old daughter slept in the loft area and loved it. We spent every evening in the tiki hut just outside and had a great time. There is a TV and lights so it was very enjoyable. There were many large fish in the underwater light We saw manatees float by every evening and every morning. We watched a family of dolphins playing in the open water just outside the neighborhood. It was just perfect.
Sean and Chelsea were the best host and allowed us to park the trailer at another house they owned near marina. They responded so quickly to any questions we had. Cannot wait to return to this little gem in Key Largo. Thank you so much.
