Nice room unfortunately wall switch and two lights did not work. Fitness room was disappointing.

Excellent customer service in the front desk , the guests did not speak English and the really made the effort to communicate with them Thank you very much

Booked this property assuming it was a Marriot, but it wasn't. The rooms are very small, windows that open to hallway :( so you can't keep them open for privacy.

Overall very nice place with a great breakfast, beautiful pool and convenient shuttle to downtown. Not the best location.but good value for Key West if you are ok to take a shuttle.

Parking and shuttle to downtown were included in price. Building is little old, so lacking in lighting.
