Winter = Awesome, Summer = Not so good

This house would be awesome in the winter, however, in the summer I don't recommend it. The master bedroom is on the top floor of the house. There is NO air conditioner in the house and NO ceiling fans as noted in the house description.. So, when you go to bed its extremely hot (Imagine sleeping in the attic of a house with no air flow (windows that open only on one side of the house, so there is no breeze). On a positive note, the kitchen is well stocked.. again, this would be a great place in the winter..

Spacious, modern, and comes with extras like the hot tub! The only thing that's a downside is the fact that it is a condo/apartment, and shares walls with the other units. Depending on what kind of neighbors you end up with, you can hear them if they're louder
