Beautifully remodeled modern ski-in/ski-out condo in the heart of River Run Village! Condo offers resort style living w/on site outdoor pool, hot tubs, ice rink in the winter, mini golf in the summer & world class biking, hiking and skiing just outside your door! Includes 1 parking spot in heated garage. Minutes to Lake Dillon. 10-45 to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek! No A/C. NON-Smoking unit.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES:
You are just at the base of the ski slopes, where you can also enjoy biking, hiking trails, food, nature, and fresh mountain air. Not the outdoors type? Stay close and enjoy escaping in one of the many hot tubs, or stay in the unit for some much-needed relaxation. The main village gives access to several other lodges, you can enjoy their game rooms and facilities as well. The condo is located in the Buffalo Lodge building.


KITCHEN:
The kitchen in this unit comes fully equipped with all the appliances you might need to cook. Enjoy anything from a small breakfast to a Thanksgiving dinner! Coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster, blender are available.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is comfortable and perfect for relaxing on your vacation. The bedroom has a mounted 55-inch Smart TV, an egg chair nook to cozy up with your favorite book, or cup of coffee. This room is the perfect place to unwind and prepare for another fun day on the mountain!

DINING AREA:
The dining area has a round table that seats 4 people. Enjoy a home-cooked meal or play a game with the group at the table.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a beautiful gas fireplace and a 65-inch Smart TV with the premium cable, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Go, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime TV. There is also complimentary wifi.

SLEEPING:
The unit sleeps 4 comfortably – 2 in the bedroom (king-sized), and 2 on the pull-out sleeper sofa (queen-sized tempur-pedic). The unit is 580 sq ft and designed to maximize this space, it may feel tight with 4 adults, depending on how much much luggage is brought with you. Hotel quality linens and hypoallergenic, 100% organic cotton blankets are used on all beds.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom features a combination shower/tub, stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

AIR-CON/HEATING:
Buffalo Lodge units are equipped with efficient baseboard heating. There is NO Air Conditioning in any units in the village. Feel free to open windows for refreshing, cool mountain air to help cool you down!

POOL & HOT TUBS:
The Buffalo Lodge swimming pool and hot tubs are shared amenities for the guests of the Silvermill, and The Dakota. You are welcome to use ANY of them. Look for POSTED SIGNS and remember to comply with rules and restrictions.

PARKING:
A heated garage is located under the building and is limited to one (1) vehicle MAX. No additional spaces are offered in the Keystone River Run Village. Please note that Keystone River Run does not offer any additional overnight parking or parking facilities anywhere. There is an Overnight Parking lot by the Keystone Convention Center. Guests will be responsible to make arrangements if they arrive in/with more than one car.

CLEANING:
Cleaning is a flat fee that will be charged upon your departure. You can arrange additional mid-week cleanings for a nominal fee. This service is arranged by your Host and requires 24-hour advanced notice.

*This condo is 100% PET-FREE. (ADA Pets require to register with the HOA 7 days prior to booking confirmation).

*The entire River Run village is a smoke-free and pet-free environment. The Buffalo Lodge building and the River Run village are entirely on Federal Land; the use of recreational or medical Marijuana is both forbidden and ILLEGAL. Keystone Resorts and Airbnb Hosts, fully cooperate in reporting any abuse or illegal activity to the legal authorities.

Super cute and cozy. Cleanliness was high on the list when choosing our rental- this condo didn’t disappoint. Convenient location- it was an easy walk to most of what we did. Would be perfect for a couple- a little cramped at times for our family of 4 and I don’t think I would utilize a couch bed again. Overall an excellent condo!

Hands down best rental stay I’ve ever booked. Clean, modern, full of amenities, nicely appointed rooms, and friendly host who’s easy to reach. This condo is very convenient to River Run Gondola, with only a minimal walk. Doesn’t get any better than this for a nice winter stay in Keystone!

Amazing Property!

My stay here was nothing short of fantastic! The property was in great shape and the host was very communicative, making sure I had everything needed for a great experience. Check-in/check-out was a breeze and super easy. The location of the property made it so easy to be able to walk out to the village, ski lifts and a bunch of great restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for either a couple, or small family! I will be back again for sure!

Incredible ski vacation

My family and I had an incredible first trip to Keystone. This condo was exactly as listed and just what we needed; close access to everything. A short walk to the gondola, restaurants and shops right below us. The property included everything we needed. Extra touches throughout the condo. Exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again when heading back to Keystone. Also the host was extremely responsive to any questions I had.

Perfect for skiing

Loved staying here with some friends on our last ski trip of the season. 3 minute walk from the River Run gondola can't be beat. The apartment itself was spotless and cozy. Most importantly, Holly was a highly responsive host and made us feel welcome. Would definitely visit again!

Overall, I had a great experience with Holly’s property; she was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The property was wonderful, clean, and perfect location Kid’s rentals (Epic Mountain) and ski & ride lessons are downstairs. The gondola and ski lift are walking distance.

Great Spot

Cozy, clean unit a short walk to the gondola. Conveniently located next to the Epic Rental store and the few restaurants in River Run. Covered parking. Easy check-in and great communication from the owner. Both beds were comfortable (even the pullout). Kitchen has new appliances and was nice to have some spices on hand. Went with my 6 and 10 year old and had a blast. Pool tables in the lodge and hot tub were great as well. Would return!

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Loved staying here, the only caveat was how hot it got. We turned the fireplace on after a long day of skiing and while it felt great, it was really hard trying to bring down the temperature the rest of the evening. There were fans in the bedroom closet and the ability to open the window(s) in the living room, so that helped.
