Great hotel with spacious room and very welcoming and helpful staff. They will go out of their way to help you. the breakfast was delicous and offered in room service. The bar bar was well stocked and coffee is fresha nd tasty. Free fast internet and parking. Bonus English speaking staff.

Publié le 25 oct. 2021 sur HotelsThere is a very cheap furniture and bad equipment at the bathroom, the toilet seat is in very bad condition and the sink and faucet are moving. Also there’s at the bathroom slippery floor and when it’s a little bit wet there is a danger of slipping. The breakfast is very poor, it seems like a child made it.

Reception and staff helpful and a made to order breakfast. This is an ideal hotel for a shirt break or taking someone special to Kharkiv.
