The hotel is well situated and the rooms were exactly what we were expecting. But the staff is what makes this hotel a great place to stay, they are very professional and helpful. They really made my staying better

The hotel is near the Kigali convention center. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The restaurant, Caramia was excellent.

Balcony with beautiful views

The Junior Suit at the Court Boutique Hotel in Kigali offers a spacious stay with a large balcony with beautiful views. The staff i very friendly, helpful and service minded. Breakfast can be enjoyed on a patio with nice views.

Good choice for Kigali

Small friendly hotel in a quiet safe location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast offers plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Looked after our luggage while we visited other parts of Rwanda. Nice restaurant next door. Room a little cramped and balcony facing rear was disappointing. Bed a little hard for us.

The Court Boutique is a hidden gem. Excellent service from Faustin and all the team. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your stay is a great one. Maybe the rooms could use some upgrading but the view is wonderful, the people at all levels very kind, and the overall experience five-star.

Good value, great staff

This is a tucked away hotel with a wonderful staff and nice location a few blocks from the Convention Center, a couple of blocks to a grocery store (in room refrigerator) and a couple of restaurants. I have friends who live a couple of blocks from the hotel and both said they had never even noticed it but had heard of the little coffee shop next door. The grounds are small but well-kept and beautiful. The breakfast is good – order from a small menu that changes daily. But, the staff is so accommodating that I think they would fix anything you requested if they have it. The rooms are small – at least ours was. But the a/c worked well, water was hot and they provided drinking water. This is not a deluxe five-star hotel but a good value for the price. There was some live music Friday and Saturday nights at the coffee shop next door that we thought was going to be a problem but it quit promptly at 9PM. This is our first trip to Kigali and I would check out other hotels before staying here again but I would not be disappointed if I had to stay here again. It was clean, amazing staff and comfortable (except for the totally flat pillows which I have encountered around the world.) Again, I would be OK staying here again but would check out other options as well.

I enjoyed my time the staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful. They made my stay very pleasant. Walking distance to grocery stores and Malls. I don't like huge corporate hotels. This had to touch of home away from home.

Wonderful service, beautiful view, excellent food, fascinating birdlife, with a special surprise of live Sunday hymns drifting in from somewhere across the hills from afar. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Always kind. A lowkey quiet place, memorable.

I booked a hotel room from 16 - 19 May but my booking was cancelled 1 day in advance. I was told that Expedia had an inventory of over 100 rooms when the hotel has less than 20 rooms. While it was already stressful and expensive to find a place to stay 1 day in advance, my issue now is that 1 month later I still did not receive the refund! I have followed up 3 times with the hotel and they haven't done anything and it is impossible to reach Expedia! PLEASE FIGURE IT OUT, and ARRANGE THE REFUND! I have tried being patient but I can't find another way to get your attention...

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Really helpful and kind staff at this hotel. There were a couple things that need to be addressed, such as working cable tv stations and locks on sliding door. The owner also stopped by to see how we were and offered a free round of drinks, which was very kind and unexpected.
