To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

AMAZING

Great condo, great location

We have stayed in several units at Kihei Akahi before, but this one is the nicest so far. Clean, modernized, two air conditioners and two TV’s. Only negative is the location by the elevators which can be noisy, but the positives certainly outweighed this minor inconvenience. We had two small issues that were handled by Matt at PMI Maui within half a day, so the host service was excellent as well. I will seek out this unit again in the future.

Great location and view

I come to Maui every 2-4 years and like to stay in different places. This property was very nice and I would 100% stay again! The updated kitchen and living room are beautiful and you cannot beat the ocean view. Very modern with a island twist. It was conveniently located near shops and restaurants so if you wanted to get away without renting a car you could at this location. The table they have on the lanai is perfect for working or eating and enjoying the ocean view. Loved this place!

Great location in Kihei

Perfect location near Kam II in Kihei. It was clean and had amazing views. Very nice to have a washer/dryer and the pool areas. All the supplies you need for the beach were provided and parking was nice. A couple issues: the fold out sofa was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. There was one night that these red ant looking insects were all over the sofa bedding and into the kitchen. We sprayed the bug spray and it seemed to work. The dish washer makes a super loud noise, so we had to run it during the day. Overall we were happy with our stay, hopefully the sofa can be replaced for our next visit!

Lovely Condo

Just as described. Very clean and lovely condo with a wonderful view. Nicely updated. Property manager made our visit easy and relaxing. Would be 5 star if air conditioning reached to the bedroom.

Great Condo, Well Equipped, Close to Beaches & Restaurants

A great condo for us, including our two year old daughter. Has a well stocked kitchen including kids cups, plates, bowls. Snorkel gear and beach towels provided were useful with so many beaches in close proximity. Condo is in great condition, conformable, and has a clean modern feel. Loved having the washer and dryer too. Lots of great restaurants nearby within quick walking distance. Would appreciate if the map location on VRBO was a little more accurate as Building D is the furthest from the road, but that's OK, it was still only a short walk to the beach and away from the noise of traffic. Pool is right next to the building, but we didn't use it (lots of great beaches to use).
