Kihei Garden Estates #E-204 is a two bedroom one bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, and high speed internet service. The phone is also equipped with free long distance calling to the U.S. & Canada. Air conditioning room unit in the living room only and ceiling fans in the living room and guest bedroom. There is a queen bed in the master and twins in the guest and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Kihei Garden Estates #E-204 is a two minute walk to Waiohuli Beach and also shops and restaurants. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Sleeps 4. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Excellent emplacement!

Nous avons fait un merveilleux voyage Ă  Maui! L’emplacement de ce condo est parfait! C’est un logement pratique et confortable. L’air climatisĂ© se rend difficilement dans les chambres, mais nous n’en avons pas souffert. La cuisine est complĂšte. On a mangĂ© sur le balcon Ă  tous les jours et on a profitĂ© de la piscine en aprĂšs-midi. Kihei est le meilleur endroit pour un sĂ©jour Ă  Maui! La plage Ă  2 minutes du logement est pratique pour de belles marches en matinĂ©e et en soirĂ©e! Les 4 chaises de plage et les 2 parasols ont Ă©tĂ© amplement utilisĂ©s Ă  notre plage prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e, Wailea Beach!

Great condo stay

This was perfect for a family of 4. Convenient to have well stocked kitchen, laundry (although the building’s laundry machine was broken but they directed us to the next building over, same complex), balcony, community pool and hot tub. Good location, felt very residential, not touristy, not far from food, supermarkets. Centrally located to be able to reach other parts of Maui easily.

Close to Beach No A/C broken door and fridge

The condo is super close to the beach but there were many unhoused people with shopping carts between condo and beach. This would not be a huge issue except many of the things to lock the windows were broken and the back door could not be completely closed, which prevented us from being able to lock it. With children, it just did not feel safe. Additionally there is no a/c (one tiny window unit on a timer that does not cool down the condo). There is no ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Booked for 7 days and we did not even spend one night there because it felt unsafe and too hot. I would not recommend. The fridge was also broken/did not cool down the food. Beware of this booking.

Easy and Convenient

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend to others interested. My only negative comment is that I left a necklace behind when checking out and messaged the host through the app within hours of departure but did not receive a response. When I finally did they told me that my necklace was thrown away because it “appeared broken”. Just be careful when you’re checking out as they are not responsible for your belongings left behind.

We spent 9 days in our condo and enjoyed many hours playing in the pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The property was very well kept and also convenient - close to a grocery store, coffee places and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach where viewed beautiful Maui sunsets.

Senior Spring Break

My family of four came to Maui for 4 nights/5 days. The listing claims there is a cooler, and there is, but don’t expect to fit a full lunch and drinks in it. It’s the 80s 6-can Igloo cooler. The property was clean(ish), but not deep-clean. In fact, there were ants on the counter (all food was stored in the refrigerator). The condo is dated and in need of an update. However the complex was nice and in a great location.

It was a Äșovely place, a/c cooled room nicely. Good fans in bedrooms, cooled best with doors open. Remote took a bit of practice, but good choices on big screen. Bed was squishy, but very comfortable. Nice pool, hot tub & sweet resident cat. Well supplied kitchen. Quiet area, close to beach.

Family Vacation on Maui

+ very close to the beach + Shopping and good restaurants close nearby in walking distance + Good pool and jacuzzi on property + Maui is a very nice place for the family + Apartment has a nice kitchen, living room and a superb balcony to eat and hang out - some areas of kihei and close to the property are a little bit shady - in the apartment the shower and the fridge could use an upgrade/ renovation - Apartment is little bit noisy at night e.g. because of watering outside or ac's

Great location, can walk to stores and some restaurants. Beach is across street. Would be nice to have central air, but one in living room cools bedrooms down some. Fans help too. Kitchen is nice with most things you'll need. Parking gets full at night.

Maui homebase

Good bang for the buck, good central location for what we were doing, well stocked. We only slept there as we were trying to cram as much in as possible, but one member used the pool, and the grounds are lovely. Beds comfy, and i appreciayed not needing to run find a store for soap or su h.

Enjoyed every minute!

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The balcony with the trees just outside gave awesome shade. The beach was very close by and the swimming pool in the complex was great. We were in an ideal location and close to everything. The condo had everything we needed.
