Pas cher mais c’est tout
Publié le 13 févr. 2023 sur HotelsÉtablissement vieillot. L’accueil était chaleureux mais ensuite on n’a plus revu le réceptionniste. La décoration est à revoir, c’est mal isolé on entend tous les bruits extérieurs et intérieur. Heureusement la discothèque à côté était fermée. Petit déjeuner était bon.

Hi Cecile, You booked and paid for a room that is not ensuite 60 @night. We upgraded you at no cost to an ensuite room. Reception is open every day from 11am to 10pm and you had housekeeping every morning. You stayed Monday and Tuesday 6th and 7th February. There was no noise at night..and really do you expect the nightclub to be open on a Monday night in February??The rooms are warm and cosy the 100yr old bay windows have been specially double glazed to keep noise out. We made your stay as comfortable as possible. I feel that '4' is a poor mean review.

No Breakfast
Publié le 9 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe staff were lovely and the room was very clean. The room was very basic but as I was travelling for work I was not too held back. My only real issue is when I come down for breakfast at 08:00am there wasn’t a soul to be found, reception was locked up. I called the number at the front of the B&B to no avail so disappointed with that. I don’t think €72 for an outdated room and no breakfast was great value midweek and off-peak.

Hi Jordan, I'm sorry you had difficulties during your stay with us, I spoke with the receptionist who was working when you arrived and she confirmed that as per all our check-ins you were informed of breakfast times and shown the breakfast room location.As we are primarily a tourist location our hot breakfast always start at 9 am and continue until 11 or 11:30For any earlier check outs we provide a continental breakfast, with prior agreement, for our guests.At 60 to us for a DOUBLE room including breakfast (9 am to 11:30) I believe we offer great value....Apologies again for the misunderstanding Kind regardsGerMyles'Creek guesthouse

Good location and nice staff. The room for sleeping was ok, old furnishings but clean. However, our bathroom was not clean, the fittings and shower were outdated and damaged.
